Heat exchangers for high pressures and temperatures

Essential is the use of heat exchangers for reciprocating compressors. Air compressed in gradual stages with increasing pressure will inevitably warm up. Air needs to be cooled between one stage and the next; otherwise, it will reach too high temperatures for the plant.

According to the needing, we are able to work both with dry and humid air, to grant the best performance to the compressor unit. We work close to compressors makers to optimize coolers and compressors since the designing phase.

We also realize heat exchangers for lube oil cooling, according to API 618 if required and for hydraulic control unit cooling.
